  • For families in the London boroughs, we provide online 11+ preparation tailored to your child’s first-choice school, including focused hourly lessons and realistic mock exam practice with have a choice of verbal or written feedback and homework.

  • Our mock exams use realistic test papers and timed conditions to mirror the 11+ experience. Each paper is carefully marked, with detailed feedback provided so your child knows exactly where to improve. This focused practice builds confidence, reduces exam-day nerves, and strengthens performance.

My Story

Why GC Tutors?

At GC Tutors, we believe every child has the potential to shine. Our goal is to build confidence, spark curiosity, and help pupils achieve their very best in KS2 English and Maths, while also preparing them for success in the 11+ entrance exam.

Founded by Gurpreet, a qualified KS2 primary school teacher with over 11 years of classroom experience, GC Tutors provides expert primary tuition and 11+ preparation tailored to each child’s individual needs. Lessons focus on strengthening core skills in reading, writing, grammar, reasoning and maths, helping pupils build both knowledge and confidence.

Every lesson at GC Tutors is personalised. Regular assessments track progress and identify next steps, ensuring each child receives the right balance of support and challenge. Parents can choose between written or verbal feedback, making communication clear and convenient.

We offer flexible tutoring options, including 45-minute or 1-hour lessons, available online or in person. The number of sessions is adapted to suit your child’s goals — whether that’s improving confidence in KS2 English or Maths, or preparing for the 11+ grammar school entrance exam.
